Python print() function 자세히 알아보기

아래와 같이 간단한 "hello, world" String을 출력할 때 사용되는 print() function은 어떤 구조로 작성되어 있을까?

print("Hello, World!")
print("This is my first python code")

# 출력 결과

Hello, World!
This is my first python code

Print() Function의 구조는 아래와 같다.

 print(*objects, sep=' ', end='\n', file=None, flush=False)¶

print() 내에는 위와 같은 파라미터가 default 값으로 내장되어 있는데, 아래와 같이 설명되어 있다.
"Print objects to the text stream file, separated by sep and followed by end. sep, end, file, and flush, if present, must be given as keyword arguments."

즉,
(1) print 문 내에 삽입되는 모든 objects(*objects) 를 Text 스트림 파일로 출력하는데
(2) sep=' ' 파라미터에 의해 각 object 사이에 공백을 삽입하여 구분하고
(3) end='\n' 파라미터에 의해 각 print() function 의 끝에는 줄바꿈을 한다

따라서, 2줄의 print 문을 작성하더라도, end 파라미터 값을 강제로 제거하거나 변경하면 기본 print() 동작의 결과를 제어할 수 있다.

print("Hello, World! ", end="")
print("This is my first python code")

# 출력 결과

Hello, World! This is my first python code
